I'm Tori. Born and raised in Amsterdam, I now live and work in London. I am doing a PhD at University College London.

For someone with scientific interest, baking and photography are the perfect hobbies. It's all about methodology and accuracy, but combined with creativity.

This blog is my creative outlet where I can combine my passion for baking with my passion for photography and writing. I hope you enjoy my recipes.
